Wesley Classics operates a comprehensive classical music mail order service for classical CDs and DVDs, from its retail store in Perth, Western Australia.
We have a network of suppliers both in Australia and overseas from whom we are able to source a vast range of CDs and DVDs. There are several important differences between our mail order service and other web-based mail order sites.
Perhaps our key defining characteristic is that all of our mail order operations are extensions of the service we provide in our retail shop, which is dedicated to supplying both popular and obscure classical music recordings from a wide range of labels, in a well-informed and efficient manner. We will be continually adding titles to the website as time and resources allow, and as we become more familiar with those areas which our mail order customers may be interested in.
A second defining quality of our mail order service is that we provide a facility for receiving and responding to email inquiries about specific works, recordings or artists which you may be seeking but cannot find on our web site.
Naturally we have a limited number of staff, and there are never enough hours in the day, but, within reason, we will endeavour to answer your enquiries and, pending their availability, obtain for you the classical recordings you are seeking.
Not all titles listed on our site are held in stock in our store at all times. We place orders with our Australian and international suppliers every week, with an approximate turnaround time of two weeks, for items which are in stock at our suppliers’ warehouse.
If an item is out of stock at our supplier’s warehouse it will delay the turnaround time of your order; should you wish to inquire about the status of any of your orders at any time, we welcome you to email us, and we will respond promptly and as precisely as possible.
Refunds and exchanges:
Any item found to be faulty will be replaced, or your credit card refunded.
Wesley Classics does not offer exchanges or refunds for items which have been ordered in error, for unwanted gifts, or in cases in which you change your mind after placing your order. |
